    Like your Blog idea and it looks like I am here to congratulate you for just getting it up. How do you receive this information into your CRM and what CRM are you using and recommending for database marketing.

    Thanks Mike. We’re getting there. We’re actually using a web-based CRM internally called http://www.zohocrm.com. Fairly new but very slick and within out budget. Previously, we’ve had experience with Netsuite and Goldmine and even done some of our own customized PHP/MySQL admin systems but database marketing is not our core competency. I’m sure you’ll have some suggestions for us;)
