Not my normal rant but one I believe you will find of interest. I was at a BCA (Breakfast Club of America) event and Pat Williams was the featured speaker and what he had to say was good food for all of us looking to build the right business team:

If you are not sure Pat knows anything about team work consider this – he and his wife of had 5 kids and adopted another 14 and at one time had 16 teenagers.
